DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
To reserve a collection, either a deposit or full payment is required. A deposit is required on orders above £50. We must receive the full balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

Once payment has been received, the customer has agreed to our terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
If order is cancelled 3 days prior to the collection date any payments made are non-refundable. If orders above £50 is cancelled within 5 days, a refund of the payment will be made minus a £10 administration fee, or alternatively the order can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your order, all money paid will be refunded in full.

Deposits paid will be deducted from the final price of your order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Plant Cakes takes no responsibility for any damage to the product after it has been collected/delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate environment for storage.
COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours after collection/delivery to give us a fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint. You might be required to return the cake for assessment.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of cakes and the natural ingredients used in the cakes, a slight change in colour might be seen. You will be notified beforehand to make sure you are happy with this.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All cakes and treats are handmade, which means they may not be identical or exactly as previously photographed.

All designs and intellectual property rights remain the property of Plant Cakes. We reserve the right to use images of your cake for any form of advertising.

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, covid, and other causes beyond our control.
