This cake is out of this world: with a hidden layer of caramelised banana (caramelised in a dehydrator), tigernut caramel filling and a lush coconut layer.

SHELF LIFE
Cakes keep fresh in the fridge for 5 days and can be kept in the freezer for 2 months. Store between 5-8 degrees Celsius at all times.
